Salmon Tacos Featuring Fish Foodies
Today's recipe is featuring Fish Foodies.
It's important to know where your fish is coming from. That's why I use Fish Foodies. They specialize in dock to door delivery of the highest quality fish around! They hooked me up with some of the nicest Wild Caught Norwegian Salmon I have ever seen. With all the crazy places farming Salmon these days there is only a handful of places ill get my fish from and Fish Foodies is at the top of my list!
Let talk tacos!
These Roasted Salmon tacos are simple to make, and also light so you'll have plenty of room for Margaritas next Taco Tuesday!
First, you need to grab a cooking/baking sheet and throw some tin foil down on it. This is going to help you with easy cleanup and to make sure the Salmon won't stick. When you have that ready put your Salon on the Tinfoil and grind lime all over the top of it! Now its time to #ShakeYourDudes Signature Salmon Seasoning all over it! Then Take half the lime you zested and squeeze half all over the salmon!
Now wrap your favorite tortillas in Tinfoil and get them in the oven with the salmon. *425 for 16-18 mins
Now for the Slaw. This slaw is tangy, crunchy, salty, and goes absolutely fantastic with all types of fish, but can also be used for chicken or lamb tacos as well.
You need 1/4 head of shredded red cabbage, 1 thinly sliced seeded English cucumber, a handful of fresh chopped dill, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tsb mayo, and your favorite salt.
Combine everything into a mixing bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
I'm not going to lie, I used store-bought guacamole for these tacos and it was fantastic.
