Lemon Pepper seasoning is deliciously lemony with a spicy pepper twinge. There is also a hint of savory from the onion, thyme, and coriander. Use Lemon Pepper seasoning as a rub or sprinkle for chicken or other white meat. It is excellent with salads, including potato and pasta salads. We like using it to make an herb butter. Take softened butter and stir in a little bit of this lemon pepper. This seasoned butter tastes amazing on plain bagels, but you can use it on toast or freshly baked bread as well.
