Tom, the Dude behind it all
Tom's love for food started early, in his father's restaurants. Since then he's cooked in some of the most cutting-edge restaurants and private clubs around, and it shows in every blend.
We searched and tested herbs and spices from all over the world to build these seasonings. All natural, hand-blended, no filler.
Tom films his cooking videos in his home kitchen, with basic techniques anyone can do. No commercial gear required. The goal is simple: help home cooks make great meals for friends and family.

- The start
Started in 2019
Dudes Gourmet started in 2019. Tom took the blends he'd spent years perfecting and started bottling them for home cooks.
- The markets
Built at the farmers market
For most of its life, Dudes did its business face to face at Long Island farmers markets. One booth, one taste at a time.
- 2025 to 2026
The chicken salad took off

Spreading the flavor
Tom wants to bring the same joy the chicken salad gives people to every kitchen: through the seasonings, easy-to-follow recipes, and content that makes cooking at home better. Because life's too short to be under seasoned.
